Why We Built This Site
Michigan court access starts with the right court level. In Gladwin County, the 80th District Court keeps district criminal, traffic, civil-infraction, small-claims, summary, and district civil matters. The County Clerk is clerk of the 55th Circuit Court and is the circuit-record route. The 17th Probate Court has a separate probate function. MiCOURT Case Search is useful for public case history, but the court of record remains the source that can confirm an entry or provide an eligible copy.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket routes: ways to locate and read criminal docket entries and civil docket entries in Gladwin County
- Settings and hearings: how the court-date calendar can be checked and then confirmed with the court
- Case identifiers: how a case lookup uses a party name or a case number through the statewide public portal
- Copies and files: where court record requests and eligible certified copies belong
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource, not a Michigan court, clerk office, or government agency. It cannot perform the official tasks below:
- Obtain an official register of actions or case file for a visitor
- Set, move, reset, or verify a hearing for a pending case
- Alter, seal, expunge, or correct a court record
- Issue a certified copy of an order, docket entry, or other document
- Provide legal advice about a case, deadline, or filing choice
- Guarantee that a court's contacts, fees, or calendar have not changed
Only the court or clerk that maintains the original Gladwin County file can certify or officially confirm a register of actions, order, or case record.
Search Partners
Some pages carry a search box provided by a third party. That provider operates the service and controls any price, account terms, result set, and data practices. A paid sign-up reached through such a service may generate a referral fee for the site. That does not make a result an official court record.
