A name or case number entered into a search tool is sent to the provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query under its own practices. Gladwin County Court Docket does not maintain a court-case database or retain those search terms as a case record.

It identifies the routes to the 80th District Court, 55th Circuit Court, 17th Probate Court, County Clerk, and MiCOURT Case Search. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.

Outside companies operate any search boxes shown on the site. Information submitted to one is controlled by that provider's policy, retention choices, and service terms. Review those terms before submitting a query; the site does not direct those providers' handling of inputs.
